We’re proud to welcome our Spring 2026 Analysts to Halifax West as they join our team for an exciting new chapter in their professional journeys. 

As a capital advisory firm focused on delivering strategic financial solutions, Halifax West thrives on talent that is curious, driven, and eager to learn. This incoming analyst class brings strong analytical foundations, thoughtful perspectives, and a commitment to excellence that aligns with our work across mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, and advisory services. 

We’re excited to support their growth as they contribute to client outcomes and gain

hands-on experience in live transactions this spring. 


Major: Finance

Daniel Devine is a junior at the University of Florida, majoring in Finance and pursuing a five-year combined degree program. He began his professional journey in human resources before completing internships in corporate finance at a public company and in real estate private equity. Outside of his professional pursuits, Daniel enjoys spending summers in New York City, skiing, wakeboarding, and playing golf. 


Major: Finance 

Conrad is passionate about the financial markets and is now focused on breaking into investment banking. Conrad has experience working for a search fund and is eager to apply his knowledge in alternative investments and finance in the industry. Outside of finance, he enjoys reading about geopolitics, exploring N.Y.C.’s food scene, traveling, and working out. 


Major: Finance and Behavioral Economics, Minor: Energy & Sustainability Engineering 

 Christian is a sophomore at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has experience across investment research, infrastructure, and energy markets, and has been deeply involved in student-run investing organizations and entrepreneurial initiatives on campus. Outside of finance, Christian enjoys freediving and fishing, staying active, reading, mentoring younger students, and nonprofit work. 

Major: Business, Emphasis in Finance 

Roy is a sophomore at the University of Southern California studying Business Administration and Music Industry. He has prior experience working at a music investments–focused private equity fund and with an independent sponsor, and he is interested in pursuing a long-term career in finance. Outside of his professional interests, Roy is passionate about film, music production, hiking, and exploring new cuisines. 


Major: Finance

Jared is a senior at Florida Atlantic University, majoring in finance. He got his initial entry into finance through an SBA lending internship. With experience in commercial lending, investment research, and real estate, Jared is eager to bring his skills to the team at Halifax. In his free time, Jared enjoys studying ancient history, playing football, and going to the gym. 



Major: Commerce, Specialization in Finance

Jack is a junior at the University of British Columbia studying finance. He has completed internships in a hedge fund and an investment fund, and is passionate about breaking into investment banking. Outside of work, he is passionate about hockey, fitness, and Formula 1.
