We’re thrilled to welcome our Fall 2025 Analysts to Halifax West! Each individual brings fresh perspectives, sharp analytical skills, and a shared passion for driving meaningful impact with our clients and the communities they serve. As they begin their journey with us, we look forward to the energy, curiosity, and dedication they will bring to advancing our mission and shaping the future of our work together.

Major: Business, Specialization in Finance
Arnav is a sophomore at Indiana University studying finance and business analytics. He has done internships in M&A and private equity and wants to pursue a career in restructuring investment banking. Outside of class, he enjoys lifting, watching Boston sports, and listening to Griselda Records.

Major: Bachelor of Commerce
Cole is a junior at the University of British Columbia studying finance. He has completed internships in small cap equities and alternative investments and is passionate about breaking into investment banking. Outside of work, he is passionate about skiing, fitness, and nutrition.

Major: Economics
James is a junior at UCLA, majoring in Economics. He has prior experience from past internships in private equity and is a portfolio manager in the Bruin Stock Group. In his free time, James enjoys playing sports, lifting, and reading.

Major: Business Administration, Finance
 Akiru is a sophomore at the University of Southern California, majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. He has prior experience in private equity and sourcing, as well as investment banking. Outside of finance, Akiru loves playing guitar, working out, cooking, thrifting, playing soccer, and listening to music.

Major: Finance and Accounting
Khyle Patel is a sophomore at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, majoring in Finance and Accounting with a strong passion for investment banking. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys traveling to immerse himself in different cultures, is a dedicated fan of the Los Angeles Rams, and enjoys playing poker with friends.

Major: Finance and Computing Data Science
Nathan is a junior at NYU Stern, majoring in BS in Finance and Computing & Data Science. He has prior internship experience in investment banking, private equity, and hedge fund investing, and is passionate about building a career in finance. Outside of class, he enjoys tennis, playing piano, and outdoor activities such as scuba diving.
