Role Overview

The Student Analyst role is designed for motivated undergraduate or graduate students interested in finance, advisory, and transaction execution. Student Analysts work directly with senior team members on live engagements, gaining hands-on exposure to deal analysis, capital structuring, and client support. This role emphasizes learning by doing and offers meaningful responsibility from day one.

Responsibilities

• Support live transactions through financial analysis, research, and modeling

• Assist with preparation of client materials, presentations, and transaction documentation

• Conduct industry, company, and market research

• Support deal execution processes and internal coordination across teams

• Participate in team meetings and learn transaction workflows firsthand

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student

• Have completed at least one internship in finance before applying

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; financial modeling experience a plus

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Interest in advisory, finance, and transaction-oriented work
